For as long as I can remember, I have had a love for literature. However, it wasn't until later in life that I began to use that passion to develop a skill set that I could turn into a career.

When I started teaching English as a second language to children all over the world, it ignited a spark in me, and I knew that pursuing a career in this field is exactly what I desired.

While teaching online, I took professional writing courses and completed a course in General Proofreading. This led me into the field of copywriting and eventually starting Top Shelf Proofreading.
